Yesterday, August 19th, was the first day of the school year 2010-2011. We have 3 children going to the Norman High School and 1 child going to Alcott Middle School. Jared = Senior; Jaley = Junior; Kalen = Freshman; Lacey = 7th Grade
Jaley and Kalen go to zero hour that starts at 7:35 a.m. Kalen goes early for Freshman basketball and Jaley goes early for Show Choir. It is nice that Jaley can drive. Lacey's school starts at 8:40 a.m. and Jared's first hour starts at 9:05 a.m. At least everyone isn't needing in the shower at the same time.
It is a little sad to think that this will be Jared's last year of High School. He hasn't decided on a major or where he wants to go to college. Hopefully as the year progresses, he will figure it out. I pray God will direct and open doors for Jared. We love him so much and are very proud of him.
