Fall is just around the corner, so yesterday Jared and I put the cover over our above ground swimming pool. The pool didn't get a lot of use this summer as it usually does since Doug had his stroke. Doug got in the pool only 3 times this year.
Doug was able to climb up and down the stairs to the deck; but it was the getting in and out of the pool that was hard for him. The first step going into the pool was a very large step down making it difficult. I think next summer the pool will get used more for sure.
