Quad Cane ~ or ~ Not

Today after Doug's PT, he got out of the truck and walked into the house "without" his quad cane. I think he's getting a little bravier everyday. The physical therapist, William, had Doug walking up and down the stair well about 5 times and around the therapy room 8 times without his cane. When he uses the quad cane at the office, I can hear him coming around the corner because the quad cane makes a sqeeking noise. I think he is ready to graduate to a regular cane real soon.
