Today was Doug's first Sunday to be back in church. He walked in with his quad cane from the front door to this chair he is sitting in. Today was our day to work at the Children's Welcome Center. We are scheduled to do it every six weeks, and we really enjoy it.
Doug, I and another lady helped check in the younger children that needed pagers and also printed off their name badges. Our pastor came and shook Doug's hand between the 2nd and 3rd service and said it was great to have him there.
We are thankful for God's healing and being surrounded by a wonderful church family.
