Trip to Branson 2016

On Friday, August 5th, we drove to Branson, Missouri with 3 of our kids, Jared, Kalen and Lacey.  Jaley and Tyrone couldn't make the trip.  We met up with Tom and Joathan at the Fish Restaurant by Branson Landing. 
On Saturday, August 6th, we met up again at Branson Landing and ate at the Cantina Laredo with Tom, Peggy, Dalene and Jonathon.   We shopped some and then went to Silver Dollar City that evening.  Doug was hurting pretty bad after walking so much.  It was rough on him.  It took several days for Doug to get back to some normalcy.  My brother Tom had tried to plan a Rovenstine reunion but there were no other family members that could or wanted to participate.  We did get to go to Mt. Grove, Missouri on Monday to see Doug's parents and sister for a few hours and we got home on Monday night by 10:00 p.m.  Here are a few pictures.
