I got my cast off today and have completed 8 weeks of keeping my ankle immobilized. It is now time to loosen up the joint and strengthen those muscles I haven't been able to use. I am suppose to do Physical Therapy and go back to my doctor in 4 weeks. I'm still not totally back to normal.
