Eight Months of Recovery

Eight months time has passed since Doug's stroke. Imagine being in the hospital for two months laying flat on your back, wondering when you can swallow without choking, having to learn to sit up and walk again, waiting for the day you can use a regular toilet and being able to sleep in your own bed. In a way, it's almost like going through your childhood all over again, literally. Doug has come such a long ways these last eight months. I am so proud of him. He is getting stronger everyday. Please keep Doug in your prayers as he continues his road to recovery.
