Doug and I watched the Opening Ceremony in Beijing on Friday. So far we have especially enjoyed the Men's Swim Team and seeing Michael Phelps win Gold as well as setting World Records. We also enjoyed watching the Men's Gymnastic Team and seeing Jonathan Horton put on a spectacular performance. Did you know he is a senior at the University of Oklahoma.
The Men's Basketball "Dream Team" didn't win the Gold in 2004, so they are being called the "Redeem Team" for 2008. In China, Yao Ming is their Michael Jordan.
