Left Fingers

Today was the first time I really could tell Doug moved his left fingers. He tried to squeeze my hand with his hand. I was cheering him on and bragging about it. It is the first step towards everything he's going to do in the future. The doctor came to visit Doug today and he said that there would not be any therapy since it was Sunday. I guess they don't have enough therapists to work on Sunday. And yesterday, Saturday, he had therapy only one time. So I am looking forward to all the progress Doug is going to make starting tomorrow. His sister, Vicki and her husband, Steve, are to arrive in Norman for a visit. I pray her time with Doug will be a real encouragement to him. It will be great!
